admin@puzzle-builder.comThis inbox is monitored and we aim to reply within five working days. It's a small team, so a reply may land sooner but rarely instantly.
Reporting a broken puzzle: we can't find a puzzle without knowing which one it is, so please include the share code (for example KITE-7798) or the full link to the puzzle. Add what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and the device and browser you were using. A screenshot helps enormously.
Billing and Supporter questions: include the access code on your account so we can find the subscription. You can also cancel or update your card yourself from the Supporter page.
Data protection requests: send requests for a copy of your data, correction, deletion or any other data-protection matter to admin@puzzle-builder.com. Because accounts have no email address attached, include your access code so we can identify the account — see the privacy policy for how we handle these.
Content complaints: if a published puzzle contains something that shouldn't be there, send us the link and tell us what's wrong with it. We remove content that breaks the terms of use.
